        Thought it turn out be better

        I was really excited about all the big hype with this system with extensive reviews and research. This is not my first time doing dip nails at home, but I'm not an expert either. First off the shipment was screwed up where only 1/2 was sent and I had to contact the company otherwise I probably wouldn't of gotten the rest of it (another week later...). They did throw some extra colors in but really... I'm almost 60 and I will not be wearing Grinch neon green. Not impressed with the final outcome of the nails. I buffed and buffed and they ended up looking gritty. The directions included did not have times to dry for each product. The only plus with the system is the regular size bottles and dip containers vs tiny sample sizes. Which made the process for applying easy. Thinking about returning, but may keep since it was the cost of what I would have paid in one trip going to the nail salon. Will see how it wears.

        I dont know what I did wrong

        I dont know what I did wrong, but this just did not work for me. I gave myself two unsuccessful manis and they looked good until the last step. The polish started to become cakey and looked terrible. The smell of the stuff was too strong for me as well. My nails are now ruined since it was not easy to remove. The customer service I received was really good, thankfully. I promptly received a full refund once I contacted them.
