Nothing like a mani with new liquids. Opened the base coat and pulled the brush out of the bottle and "stringy" base coat appeared. I have been using Revel for about 5 years now and I know what a new bottle of base coat should be like, no strings. I added a few drops of thinner and finished my mani but it did go on a little thick. If it is thick brand new I am not sure how the rest of the bottle will be. I anticipate it getting stringy.
