I have to say I am very disappointed with Revel. I have been dipping since 2019 and have been a loyal Revel customer. I bought a bottle of step one a couple months ago and it was very think and stringy immediately after opening. I was able to use it and figured it was a one time thing. I ordered another step one about a month ago and it was so thin. I used it once and my nails were so thin and a few chipped within a day or two. I ordered another bottle that same week because this one was unusable. Much to my dismay the new one I ordered is the same, very thin. I did reach out to customer service and I haven’t received a response and it has been four business days.
As I said I have been successfully dipping with Revel since 2019. I am very familiar with the steps and how to care for the liquids. I have never had an issue like this before and if it continues I will need to move on to another brand.
I been used thi product for about 3 years and I just load into my rest of the dip powder collection. Love it.
