We do our best to ship orders out of our warehouse within three business days. Orders placed during especially busy times (sales and holidays) may take longer to leave the warehouse. Please note we do not ship on weekends or major holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is printed for fulfillment. Please allow 24-48 hours after you receive tracking information for it to be active.
We ship worldwide, but unfortunately cannot ship to New Zealand or Israel. Please note this list is not all inclusive and is subject to change without notice. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.We cannot ship liquids (Pro Base, Activator, Finish Gel, Brush Softener, Gel Thinner, or Polish) to a P.O. Box - please provide a physical address for shipping. These items will be shipped UPS or FedEx Ground.
Please allow up to 10 business days for International (non-US) shipments.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please send the product back via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (whichever is convenient for you). Once your return is received we will provide a refund. We do not provide return shipping labels.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
