Revel Nail Finishing Touches

Instructions:
  1. After dipping into your final layer of color, apply a thin coat of Pro Base covering the nail entirely.
  2. Use a dotting tool or wax pencil to pick up the foils and place them on the nail.
  3. Dip into D75 Vivien (Clear) immediately after applying foils or flakes.
  4. Apply another layer of Pro Base and dip into D75 Vivien (Clear) to protect your foils or flakes.
  5. Apply Activator and continue the Dip Powder application process as normal.
  6. Flaunt your dip powder manicure!
